Saroz Foods is the only production facility in Turkey capable of processing squid rings at an industrial scale. Squid sourced from reliable global partners is processed entirely within our own facility, adding value through in-house processing. Our squid processing is supported by an advanced infrastructure that includes thawing, cleaning, and skin removal systems, as well as squid ring cutting and membrane removal. This integrated production system allows the products to be processed from raw material to final frozen product within a single facility, ensuring consistent quality and high production standards.
Additionally, our facility is equipped with an industrial cooking line that allows the cooking and processing of shrimp, octopus, and various seafood products.
Our fish processing section is equipped with filleting lines specifically designed for sardines, sea bass, and mackerel. Through high-capacity filleting machines, these fish can be processed hygienically and with consistent quality. This infrastructure enables our facility to offer integrated processing capabilities for various fish species at an industrial scale.
Our IQF freezing system enables high-volume production with a daily freezing capacity of up to 15 tons.
Our facility is equipped with high-capacity cold storage rooms at -20°C and blast freezing systems operating at -40°C. This infrastructure allows processed products to be frozen quickly and in a controlled manner, preserving product quality. Thanks to our large cold storage capacity, Saroz Foods is able to provide regular, reliable and sustainable product supply to its customers.
Our facility is equipped with automated packaging systems that allow products to be packed in various weight and packaging formats. These packaging lines ensure hygienic handling, consistent quality and accurate weight control, providing suitable product solutions for retail, wholesale and foodservice markets.
