Establishment

Saroz Foods was established in 2021 in the Gelibolu district of Çanakkale, one of Turkey’s important seafood regions, to operate in seafood processing and frozen seafood production. The company rapidly developed its production infrastructure and, as of December 2025, started operating on a broader scale in its modern and next-generation production facility built on its own land in Gelibolu.

Location

Saroz Foods’ production facility is located in the Gelibolu district of Çanakkale province, Türkiye. Our facility is approximately 48 km from the Ipsala Border Gate, which connects Türkiye with Greece and the European Union. This strategic location provides Saroz Foods with a significant logistical advantage, enabling fast road access to European Union markets.

Facility

Saroz Foods operates a seafood processing facility with approximately 3,000 m² of indoor production area.
The production areas are designed in accordance with food processing standards and hygiene requirements, allowing seafood to be processed at an industrial scale.

Production Infrastructure

Saroz Foods’ production facility operates with advanced processing lines, IQF freezing systems and a strong cold chain infrastructure, suitable for processing squid, octopus, shrimp and various fish species. All production stages, from raw material processing to final frozen products, are carried out within the facility through an integrated production system, ensuring consistent product quality and food safety at every stage.
